Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company was founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark by the award-winning sommelier, Jacob Kocemba during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, and his business partner, Bo Sten Hansen.

A revolution that started in Copenhagen and now taking over the world! Sparkling Tea has grown rapidly and is now sold in more than 45 Michelin restaurants worldwide. No-wonder, it’s a fantastic drink on its own merit.

The perfect alcohol-free alternative to a rosé. LYSERØD is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in taste.

Intense aromas of red berries and red apples. A complex dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and Hibiscus. Silver Needle white tea and finishes the journey with light bitter fruity notes.
