The Foie Gras Bloc 130 g is the fatty duck liver ground (emulsified) and subjected to heat and pressure treatment to obtain a preserved product.
Tips for use
The crushed (emulsified) foie gras-based pasta can be spread on bread, or made in original presentations in cubes or small balls that are very attractive.
Although this product is preserved and does not need to be refrigerated to preserve it, it is recommended to place it in the refrigerator when it is going to be consumed so that it acquires a consistent texture. Take the Foie Gras out of the refrigerator and keep it at room temperature for between 5 and 20 minutes before tasting it to appreciate all its qualities.
To consume canned foie gras, it is best to open the two lids and, pushing one of them, extract all the contents onto a plate. With its easy open system this process will be much easier and faster.
Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a very sharp knife, previously soaked in hot water. You can also use a lyre to cut cheese or butter. Serve on toasted bread that will serve as a “support” for the foie gras that we are going to taste.
